Staff workshop at Blue Lake, Washington Pass
Executive Director:
Deb Jones-Schuler
Since moving to the Valley Deb has been involved in a number of service oriented non-profit organizations. As the founder of MVCS, she has taken a role in every aspect of growing a school, from board president to health educator, assistant director and now executive director. In her free time she enjoys playing hard with her family and travelling around the country in pursuit of great skiing!
OLDER CREW Co-LEADER: Deirdre Cassidy
Deirdre joined MVCS in 1999. She and husband, Phil Woras, have raised their family in the Valley while at the same time pursuing their passions for outdoor sports and creative arts and music. Deirdre's inspirational talents as an artist have nurtured MVCS students to create beautiful works of art, stories, dramatic plays and more. During the summer of 2007 Deirdre travelled to Myanmar (formerly Burma) where she facilitated an art exchange between her MVCS students and the students of an orphanage with over 1000 children in residence.

She and husband, Tyler, have recently settled in the Methow Valley and we hope they are here to stay!
